I wanted to express my love and appreciation to preggers' Kristy via food: the taste, the design and most of all: quality. 

Next, there was this mission to not neglect and put some of those God-given artistic abilities (SOTA graduate) into deployment with convergence: the training with Sushi Master Mikiko in San Francisco's Ferry Building (2013) & Dusit Thani's Benjarong Royal Cooking School in Bangkok (1998).

Hickory Brown Chicken over Cinnamon Nutmeg Butternut Squash Puree with Haricot Verts
